Provide helpdesk support for the Nielsen//Netratings panel members. All queries during panel build are to be dealt within a manner to optimise the successful installation of recruits. The helpdesk facility is vital in contributing to ensure the Nielsen//Netratings panels are sustained at the necessary levels specified by measurement science.

· Fluency in English required
· Be able to work from 16.00 to 20.00 during the week
· Technically skilled (PC: configuration of firewalls and proxy settings, installing Anti-Virus programs, any database knowledge is an advantage)
