Our client is currently interviewing for an addition to the existing customer service team. Main duties and responsibilities will include:- responsible for handling all telephone enquiries from your customers and sales team including price, order, stock and fist line product enquiries. Provide strong interaction with the sales and marketing team on appropriate market activities. On occasion required to visit key accounts, enhance and maintain existing well established relationships and promote the customer service profile.
